On the Road Camino
watercolor, 7x10 inches , 2025
A path unfolds in silence— not of absence, but of listening. The trees rise like ancient guardians, their arms arching high, braiding shadow and light into a cathedral of leaves. Beneath them, a solitary traveler moves, carrying more than a pack— carrying questions, memories, a longing stitched with each step. The watercolor breathes, not with detail, but with feeling— the green of grace, the blue of distance, the soft brown of earth remembered. This is not just a road. This is the Camino. And the journey is not painted— it is lived, one breath at a time.

Encounter on the road to Camino de Santiago
watercolor, 7x10 inches , 2025
“Face to Face, the Breath of the Meadow” Across a misted field of green, a single shaft of sunlight holds the breath of a horse. Its gaze says nothing, yet its silence carries the weight of a pilgrim who has crossed a thousand quiet miles. Crimson and green bleed into each other, folding like layers of memory— a shadow becomes the horse’s back, and the landscape begins to resemble your own inner world. The wind seems still, but your heart, step by step, is moving through the painting.

On the Road to Camino de Santiago
watercolor, 7x10 inchhes , 2025
This lush watercolor immerses the viewer in the verdant canopy of a forest along the Camino de Santiago. With a palette that moves between cool, shadowy blues and sun-dappled greens, the painting evokes the sensation of walking beneath towering trees as light filters through shifting leaves. The upward view accentuates the sense of scale and serenity, inviting contemplation and pause. Gentle washes and layered brushwork create a symphony of organic textures, celebrating the Camino not only as a path of pilgrimage, but as a living, breathing corridor of nature. Here, solitude becomes communion—with the land, the sky, and the self.
